I have a 1997 ford crown vic p71
the problem im having is with the head lights
i can drive with the parking lights on and have no problems but if i have the head lights on then the problem starts all the lights will shut off and on then off and back on and so i have changed out the light control knob and the mother board under the dash and still having the problem

There is a few thinggs that could be going on with that.
The 1st thing I would check would be the grounds for the lights, could be you have a bad ground that is barely cutting it until you really load it with the headlights & then lose everything
That one should be on the right side fender by the battery......Take it apart & clean it real good....
