1996 neon Sign In
 I have played with the fuse for the fuel pump and it tries to start but won't, the buzzing noise is coming from under the hood by the accelerator body. I have replaced all the fuses that I can. I am wondering if it is the fuse box or somewhere in the wiring.
I am getting spark.
It is a 1996 Dodge Neon 2.0 SOHC.
