okay, I'm going crazy here! She's not wanting to start, I've tried priming her and that has been working for a while now, but as of yesterday, nada. i can hear the fuel pump kick in and when I try starting her- she either doesn't do anything at all or she tries to start. Usually if I catch her at the right time and gas it, she'll start, but I have to really rev it up. What the hell is going on?! I've been told that it's the fuel pump, fuel regulator, fuel line, or the fuel filter. I'm going to start with the fuel filter first, but I have no clue where it's located and no clue how to take the old one off and put the new one on. NO mechanic or man in my life to do it for me and NO money to take it to a mechanic, so it's pretty much what I can do myself gets done.
Please, I'm begging someone-Help me!!!

Well the fuel filter is under the car, back by the fuel tank but I doubt it’s the filter that’s at fault. Mostly because you say it starts sometimes, a fuel filter doesn’t get better, if its clogged it’s clogged.
As for what is causing the problem it’ll take test equipment and the knowledge of how to perform specific tests, to accurately determine the root cause.
I know you said you don’t have a lot of money to spend but at times guessing and throwing parts at a car can be more expensive then taking the car in and having it diagnosed. There’s no harm in having someone diagnose the problem; pay them for their time and then if you feel you’re able take it home and do the repairs yourself. Again once it’s diagnosed post back here and maybe we could walk you through the actual repair.
