1996 chevy cav keeps buring out tail light bulbs HELP Sign In

i have a 1996 chevy cavalier and my pass taillight keeps buring out my bulbs and now its not working at all wheni replace my bulbs

Check the bulb socket for damage or corrosion, If in doubt replace they are cheap. Also inspect the tail light lens assembly for moisture in the lens. It may also be electrical to. You can use a test light or meter and check to make sure you have power at the 2 of the 3 wires with your taillights and signals on .

Kind of sounds like a ground issue

Could be a possibility.. to go out and say its a ground problem is taking a shot in the dark. it's easier to check for power first. Once you know you have power you can use that power source to test your ground, instead of running a power source from battery to the back of the car.
