My 1996 Staurn has suddenly started acting up. I cant start it up without giving it gas. The idle is unusually low. I find myself driving with 2 feet to keep the idle at its normal of 1000RPMs. At complete stops it now stalls. When its warmed up it acts a little better but still seems to struggle. My lights are getting dimmer at certain points. I thought at first I might need a battery but now i am thinking i may need a throttle position sensor.
Any input on this problem would be much appreciated.
