1995 toyota avalon heating problem Sign In

Hey
my toyota avalon xls gets hot too quckly.i dont know if its normal for avalon but my indicator shows no signs of heating
help me out guys

Your heater core might be blocked somehow

Not sure what your problem is. The temp rises quickly but doesn't overheat? That would be intentional and normal.

since the amount of heating up is same for 5 mins or if i drive 20 mins or more.
and the indicator doesnt show any signs
but my previous car which was honda wouldnt heat that quickly
may be you are right

It is the intent of the manufacturer to reach operating temperature as quickly as possible for emissions reasons.
