1995 cavalier how to change coolant belt

Hi wanted to change the coolant belt but can't seem to find any ajustment. uaeally it's on the alternator,but don't see anything that actully moves slides nothing.
Anyone with any info would be appratiated .

You mean change the belt -- right? There is one pulley that is spring loaded and tensions the belt automatically. It needs to be retracted to take belt off and new one on,
