The turning signals nor hazard lights on my 1995 Toyota Avalon will light-up when I press on the respective switch. I checked the fuse and all of the bulbs for both lights and found no problems. I also replaced the flasher, but still didn't have any luck. Although it shouldn't matter I replaced the flasher with a non-OEM type. But, if I'm not mistaken, even if the flasher is faulty the turn signal should still illuminate, right? What more can I check for? I have the Chilton wiring diagram, but I'm not sure of how to use it for troubleshooting and my Chilton repair manual doesn't provide the best troubleshooting guidance.

Probably two different flashers so take one out at a time and check, T

T, thanks for the suggestion. According to the Chilton wiring diagram there's only one flasher, but I'll check the diagram again.
