Parking lights which use same bulbs work fine. No indicator on instrument cluster. Replaced 1 bulb, no effect. Replaced electronic flasher module, no effect. When signal arm is engaged, side light lights up. (turn signal switch) They do not use the same filament of the bulb. There are 2 different circuits in the bulb. One side is for parking lights and trhe other side is brake/turn signal.
