1995 Monte Carlo Z34 Sluggish Take-Off

I drive a 1995 monte carlo with a 3.4 dohc. Ive recently changed the spark plugs, oil, filter, fuel filter, and the car is running great except the car is very sluggish on take off. The RPM's wont go past a few thousand until around 15-20 mph then it runs fine. What could be causing the car to be slow on take off only?

James; There are several possibilities for this. Overfueling, lean condition, MAF sensor, ect. Best to have any trouble codes read, then proceed from there. Best, would be to have a scanner plugged in to see live data, though.
