New user so please forgive any incomplete data. 95 Accent took a deer hit. I need to replace most components back to the radiator. The crossmember holding the radiator is badly distorted. I need specific guidance to remove that crossmember and any other guidance anyone can provide. Thanks

Deer things aren't they? The parts will just unclip or un bolt. The radiator support may need to be pulled with body work tools. You may have to pay to straighten that which will be cheaper than buying the tools for that. If it's spot welded in it will be hard to replace without the right tools and most folks don't have a spot welder to put a new one in. Exactness of either bending it back or replacement will be critical to the millimeter or the other parts may not fit right.

Good luck, wish I knew of a site for body work and I'm sure they are out there but this site does't concentrate on body work. T

Thanks very much. It appears the whole crossmember unit has been spot welded together we pulled all the bolts we can find but still can't get the unit to come free from the frame any recommendations?

Depending on your risk tolerance you can use a real chain and hooks at each end and a strong tree or utility pole and back up a little at a time and pull the radiator support back. AGAIN this is NOT a body work site and that trick is NOT really recommended. YOU COULD MAKE IT WORSE!

The right way is to have a body shop put it back where it belongs even if you can tolerate some bend marks. Best way is to replace it and that will take some bucks. T
