1995 Grand am shaking

I have a 1995 grand am. it has recently started having a bad vibration and noise then the car seems to add about 80 degrees to the temp. it does not do this constantly or right off the bat, it usually takes about 30 min of driving.

Not sure what comes first - the chicken or the egg? Cooling system must be fully checked out as an engine running hot will not behave and way too hot = damage,
