my 94 caravan hood cable wont move so i cant open my hood now.help!

Try one of these;
1) push down on the hood as much as you can while someone pulls on the release lever - sometimes the hood has too much tension and the cable can't pull.
2) Remove the release lever handle and with a pair of pliers, grab the cable and it it a strong, hard pull straight out.
3) From below the vehicle, see if you can get the pliers up there and grab the release cable anywhere before it reaches the hood lock - give it a real hard pull in your direction (downward).
