Hello I have a 1994 buick skylark and i started it one day and the car shut off and when i tried to turn it over i wasnt getting anything not even turning over and at the same time my power windows and power locks went out at the. But the strange part is i checked the battery and the terminals and the inside lights and headlights work fine as well as the radio? I also checked the fuse box under the steering wheel and they were all good its almost as if the security system locked me out of it but i check online and in the owners manual and i don't see anything about them having security on it? any suggestions

Guess Day here GM side post terminals are a know problem spot. You really need to peel back now hard rubber to see if the eyelet end is any good AND check at other ends of cables too - solenoid and engine block. The starter, PWs + PDL use more current that the other items mentioned so might be just not getting enough contact from the battery, T

A quick and simple test - Turn on headlights when dark or pointing at something you can see them well and request starter. If they go wildly dim that's a strong clue, T
