1994 Saturn SL1
Engine 1.9L I-4 85 HP engine
We got the car from an auto parts store that used it to run parts as a commuter to my new job. We have changed the fuel filter, replaced the radiator core and fan, new wires and plugs, and run Lucus AND Sea Foam thru it. It still hesitates when accelerating, low power...AND WE ARE ONLY GETTING 19mpg...driving to work from tri cities, WA to Irrigon, OR. my Ram 1500 Hemi gets 13mpg, our Ford van gets 24mpg; we got the Saturn to save on fuel but its not...can you help

? Perhaps excessive exhaust back pressure/plugged or dysfunctional converter. Suggest to rule that out,
