i need some instructions telling me how to take out my dashboard so i can fiberglass it.

I don’t think you’ll find a step by step set of instructions for this kind of job in any manual. But it’s not brain surgery; start-undoing things until you get what you want in your hands.
If you have a digital camera take a few pictures along the way it may help you when it comes time to put it back together.
