1994 6.5 to gas convertion

Has anyone removed a 6.5 and replaced it w/ a gas engine. I have a 94 gm truck that needs a engine and want it gas.What all does it entail, ie. parts etc.

IMO stay with same engine as there's a lot to switch over making too costly. If you want a gas engine now I'd sooner change vehicles,
