1993 ford f-350 doesn't turn over

1993 FOrd F-350 does not turn over. Battery has 13.9 amps, solenoid is good, Wires are not noticeably corroded yesterday it ran just fine today turn the key and it goes tink.

Battery cable connections - all of them need to be good - should be three on this. Bat to sol, sol to starter, battery to engine ground,
