U-Joint is likely with that. You should just be able to get you hand on the driveshaft and twist on it and if a joint it worn enough to show any free motion it's bad. They can make noise long before they may show looseness but may have telltale rust coming out of joint area. Driveshaft comes out with just four nuts or bolts from rear end to inspect them off the truck. If "U" bolted at rear end don't lose the bearing caps and index the position of shaft to diff to put back the same way. Are you equipped to replace one yourself? Not all that hard with some common tools, T Ps: It could also help diagnose it to douse the suspect joint with oil. That won't fix it but if the noise goes away it's a good indicator it's that one that's bad.......
