I'm driving a 92' Buick Regal Custom and there are a few problems with it that I don't really know how to fix. I'm not a car person and my dad isn't familiar with electrical type stuff. Anyways, I have two problems right now.

A.) My blinkers don't work. I have to manually wiggle the stick up and down to make them signal, lol. Also, only the left blinker seems to work... the light indicating that the Left blinker is always lit up and won't go away and the right one never turns on.

B.) My right tail light is not working. My dad put in a new bulb and the thing still doesn't work. What could be wrong with this one?

I can take pictures to explain the blinker thing a bit better if needed. But please, I really need to get these things fixed before I get pulled over and get a ticket. I've been lucky for a few months but now it's just getting kind of scary freaking out when I see a cop car.

I suggest starting with some basics: Really check all bulbs and the sockets as best you can. Make sure the correct bulbs are being used. Get a test light ($4 at Wally world is actually a decent one) and test for power and ground at the sockets. It's possible the flasher has a problem. Could be the same flasher as for the 4-way hazzards so just swap them for a test - actually don't replace the one for the 4-way for the test. If that helps or works then get a new one.

This may not be a big wiring problem at all. Rule out some easy possibilities first,

are your turn signals/brake lights/parking lights all the same bulb?? or are the brake/parking lights one bulb and the turn signals a seperate bulb?

if all three functions are the same bulb, if the flasher test like Tom mentioned doesnt fix it, you might have to look into your multifunction switch (turn signal lever switch) or headlight switch
