Hello folks, I've got myself a 1992 Buick Park Ave (base model) with quite a leak going on. I noticed my oil was running low so I added a few quarts to hold me over until I could change the oil. Lo and behold, I was leaking. 5 quarts of oil gone over night, dry as whistle. I parked her in the street (cause who wants oil puddles in their drive?) and took a look. Oil was pissing out from an area a little behind the oil pan, in a place I'm unfamiliar with. I believe it may be the lower oil cooling tube, but I have NOOOO idea. Take a look at these pictures and tell me what you think. I appreciate it -Seadog Remember, it as this general area. Right above that thing that looks like a lint roller thats bolted in. You really need to reduce the size of those pictures. It makes the thread nearly impossible to read. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

As HT asked , please reduce the size of your download . It's too big to get a overall opinion of leakage. LIFE'S SHORT GO FISH

All: Confused which isn't new, LMAO. SeaDog - if this can leak with engine OFF the oil is supposed to be in wait in the oil pan so plain drain plug or sometimes rusted/corroded pan?? A severe oil leak can and will blow all over the place depending on just what. Engine should be the common 3.8 which isn't the issue but you'll need a new or good used one soon if this continues. Still not sure but some wild oil leaks can be oil filters sometimes with the old gasket still there, oil pressure switches, senders but neither should leak with engine off - drips maybe but not empty! It's not a game, no oil, no engine! T
