1991 buick century custom replace the ignition module the solenoid Sign In

I have replace the ignition module, the solenoid and the car is still doing the same thing. I can get to point A & B with no problem, but if I have to do something else in between like put gas, I have to wait at least 30-45 mins before the car can start. Mad It is driving me nuts I love my car its old but is it in good condition and I am tired of paying mechanics top dollar and not fixing the problem!!!

Help somebody!!!

Is it cranking and not starting or not cranking at all? If intermittent when a shop checks it out and working when checking they are unlikely to be sure of the fix. What engine? IMO "top dollar" is justified if accurate and not just tossing parts that weren't the problem. If they admit they can't find anything wrong for certain then it should be discussed ahead of work,
