We have replaced fuel filter, fuel pump and sender assembly, spark plugs, added fuel injector cleaner, unplugged torque converter connector. It is hard to start, idles fine, but when you give it gas it dies. What do we check next

What is the fuel pressure? Is the check engine light on? If so, jumper A to B in the diagnostic connector and count the flashes of the check engine light. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

The check engine light is not on. Do not know fuel pressure

You should connect a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail test port and verify you have good fuel pressure when the problems are occurring. Fuel pressure on that should be 40-47 psi. Just because you replaced the pump, without verifying it was the fault in the beginning, doesn't mean you have good fuel pressure now. That would be a place to start.
