I drove the car for about a year (and it was very reliable, no obvious mechanical or electrical issues) before parking it after being gifted a newer vehicle. I moved to a new city after that, so it was parked for almost two years before I checked up on it to get it ready to sell. It started right away, but it keeps trying to turn over even after it has started. I would guess this problem is due to the ignition, starter, starter solenoid or some combination of those.
