1990 Pontiac 6000 V6 stalls after engine heats up

tried new fuel filter, new fuel pump, cleaned out gas tank. stalls after engine runs a while. will restart momentarily if I give it a shot of ether, but immediately stalls again. Car will start and run after it sits a while and cools off, but will again stall after heating up. Any suggestions?
