I have a 1988 Plymouth Caravelle 2.2 w/turbo, valve cover is broken. I have searched on line and all junkyards for a long time trying to find one, and cannot.I have a 1989 Plymouth Voyager 2.5 valve cover. do not think it is off a turbo, but all seems the same except the outlet for the pcv valve.Which could be rerouted.Could you tell me if it would be ok to replace it with this, and if not why. Thank you for any help.

The 2.2 & 2.5 Chry engines are almost the same engine, it's almost impossible to tell them apart by just looking at them.. As long as there isn't any clearance problems, inside & out and the bolt pattern is the same it should work... I would just do a test fit with the new cover on the head before installing the gasket on the cover and then make sure the hose that needs to be rerouted isn't kinked or rubbing anything

Thank you for your reply. I will check everything first before installing the gasket.
