1987 toyota tarago does not idle properly

The head reconditioned carbie had a kit trough it.She starts ok, up top runs good. But idles with uneaven shake . The funny thing is that every now and then it idles beautifully for a while and then goes back to the shakes again.Could this have something to do with all the polution valves and diaphragm`s all the hoses have been changed.
