My friend has a 1984 Nissan Maxima in relatively good shape except for the following problem. The car starts up fine in the cold weather but when the weather turns warm, like now, it is very difficult to start. It eventually does but sometimes it takes quite a while. He has brought it to numerous shops and had a number of parts replaced such as ignition coil, starter, air filter and ignitor but it still happens.
The car is really good otherwise. Thank you for your help and any input you can provide.
