i have a 1983 jaguar xj6 with a straight 6 with 97,414 miles the car will start but once running will bog out and stall out repalced o2 sensor, replaced fueel filter, cleaned k&n air filter

You might want to take a vacuum reading @ idle & high rpms. If the reading drops to almost nothing at high rpms, you may have a restricted exhaust system..... On those old Jags....Isn't there a kit where some guys were dropping small block 350s in them?

i pulled the plugs and they were white so that would mean that it is not getting enough fuel so i just went and bought some mass air sensor cleaner i am hoping that doe the ticket

The test I suggested literally takes minutes to do and can confirm or rule out an plugged cat fairly quickly so you can move on to other test, plus it doesn't cost any thing to run, unless you don't have a vacuum gauge. But a cheap one is very inexpensive.... Cleaning the MAF isn't a bad idea, especially since you are using a K&N filter. Those are very hard on MAFs
