1980 dodge no spark

I have a 1980 dodge 4x4 pick up truck it has the 5.9 engine in it. i have no idea what is wrong with it. well before it didn't get no spark it would idle really rough like it has about to die. then after a few days it wouldn't start up and it doesn't sound like it is getting any spark. it doesn't have a throttle body. we replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires, rotor and cap, the spark delay valve.

"Sounds like it has no spark" ??
Check for spark with a spark tester don't listen for it.
No throttle body! What happened - did someone steal it?
What the heck is a "spark delay valve" ??
Doesn't start. 99% it lacks fuel or spark and you test for that and find focus on the one that's missing,
