07 kia picanto cant remove alternator

I have a 2007
KIA Picanto
1 Litre
The alternator needs replacing and ive managed to get it loose but i cannot get it out of the engine bay. Ive tried jacking the engine up but it didnt help. Unbelievable, its like its trapped in there. Tried up and down and both ways there seems to be too much stuff in the way.

We don't have the vehicle here in the states or access to service information. Can you post pictures of where the alternator is mounted and the stuff around it? Maybe we can give you some advice by looking at what your looking at.
