'06 Nissan Xterra Stalled

I have a 2006 Nissan Xterra 4.0 6cyl Auto 40,000M, in great condition, that will not start. Battery is fine, engine will not fire on key turn. Tries and tries, but it won't start. Could it be the fuel pump? Starter?

Are you saying it "cranks" but won't start?
Not the starter if so. Check for lack of spark, fuel OR both,
