06 Grand prix sounds like a remote control car

I have an 06 grand prix. Used to be when i made sharp left turns I'd here a winding noise that sounded like a remote control car. Then it seemed to happen everytime I accelarated. Now the noise is constant. It's louder when i first start the car and it is warming up, but constantly makes the noise For my 45 min drive to work. Also, now when I first start driving the car, my first few turns, I hear and feel a grinding noise. Any suggestion????

First thing to do is check power steering fluid and if low fill it to mark. Hope noise goes away if low. Now if it was low find where it's leaking and fix it at once or more troubles will happen,
