I hope I found one with this recommendation because even the ford dealership were clueless. I really don't know where else to turn

I'm really surprised the dealer would be clueless and couldn't figure it out. Must be a bunch of goobers working there...LOL. It's common sense to change all the plugs when you do a tune up.

Like what was stated above finding the misfire even though it doesn't cause the check engine light to come on can be done. It just takes someone with experience in understanding how to get the misfire information. The other guy probably didn't want to change the other plugs because he knew breaking one off was a big ordeal. Dealer should know all about plug extraction.

Sounds promising thanks I'll fill you in when I find out what the new guy says. Should be bringing it to him no later than wednsday
