05 Kia Amanti Fog/headlights not working

05 KIA Amanti passenger head/fog light went out. Replaced it now neither side is working to center dim/park lights work all interior and rear lighting works. I checked the fuses in the car as well as the ones under the hood.
Any ideas?

Which bulb was replaced? Fog, high beam, low beam, or marker bulb? Not sure which bulb is falling to light in your description.
