04 jeep grand cherokee hitch instll question

I have an 04 jeep grand cherokee special edition v8, i want to install a factory hitch.... i found one on ebay but its from a 99 grand cherokee will this mount up or would i have to drill new holes also the facia bezel there is stenciling on the backside of the bumper cover i need to cut out

i believe 1999-2004 were the same body style. if thats true, the trailer hitch will be the same since the frame raill locations will be the same during the same body style years.
