"I have a 2004 pontiac grand am, my car takes a couple of key turns to
start after I fill up the gas all the way or if the gas tank is under a
quarter of a tank, what are my possible problems? All the fluids are
filled up and there are no check engine lights are on...the car turns on
fine after I get it to run the time after the gas is put into the tank
and there are no noises."

You would need to test the fuel pressure at the moment this is happening. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

You attach a fuel pressure gauge to the test port on the fuel rail. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

after i figure out the pressure where do i go from there? would it be a fuel pump replacement? or leak? is there a specific pressure that it should be at? and will the pressure determine what is wrong?

Post your results here and we analyze them. Pay attention to how quickly the pressure builds when cranking.
