If you rev the engine quickly a there is a loud blower noise that happens at 2000 rpm and you cant get it past 4000 rpm.
If you rev the engine slowly you can get to about 3000 rpm before the noise happens.
Same with on the road. If you feather the gas you can eventually get it going up to 40mph, but push down just slightly harder on the accelerator and the loud noise happens and you lose any power.
This noise sounds like regular revving and then all of a sudden louder and more aggressive blowing sound if that helps.
Its not the cat and i also put in a new speed sensor so its not that.

Can you record the noise your hearing and post it to a video hosting site and paste the link in here? Maybe hearing it would give us an idea.
