1999 Honda Civic EX - Squeaks after O2 replacement

I just finished replacing the upstream O2 sensor on my 1999 Civic EX (D16y8 engine). The problem is that after I replaced it I hear a squeak or chirp (exactly the sound that bird call makes, the kind you twist) above roughly 50mph. I didn't mess with anything else on the car. I went back and tightened the O2 sensor as much as I felt comfortable with but the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated - Thanks in advance!

The 0/2 sensor has absolutely nothing to do with the chirping noise. You have to look elsewhere for that. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Maybe the flex action of front pipe didn't take the force to remove the old sensor. Cold engine, just tap on the pipe with a rubber hammer if nothing obvious is staring at you and create that noise and see what is wrong. You may need to replace that whole pipe, some a bit expensive. Make sure motor mounts are good too as if the engine moves too much is just stressing the whole show, hard on exhaust parts if so, T
