I have a 89 chev pu I parked it 5 days ago and now it won,t start i can hear the fuel pump runnig but it still doesn,t kick in i replaced the fuel filter

Test for spark or fuel lacking. Try priming the throttle body with starter fluid - if works fuel isn't making it properly. Test for spark at a spark plug end of a wire and see which it's lacking,
