One possiblility is that some anti-freeze got on belt or pulleys and that can make noises. As a quick test spraying some WD-40 on the friction side of the belt or pulleys may instantly take out the noise and that would be solved with either some proper belt dressing or a new belt but only if it really could use one. You really should bring this up with the shop and not have to do the testing and diagnosis yourself. If the belt is not in its exact grooves it would react and that should be the shop's problem to fix and if so a new belt should be installed as the old one would likely be damaged. If that's the case then the shop should take responsibility for the fix IMO, T
