So..., your saying it has no spark? If that's the case.., see if your getting power to the ignition coil. -------------------------------------------------------- Your only as good as your tools!

Well,,,,,this thread is already 2 pages long & we really aren't getting anywhere..... I haven't seen any really solid data to go off of to make any kind of a diag.. My last stab in the dark............drop the exhaust off the manifold............That junk probably plugged your cat solid...........

Did the engine ever backfire/kickback with the bad gas in it? Backfire could of caused the timing chain to jump. Just a thought. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Ok.......This thread is pretty much trash. The problem it got trashed was you keep asking about this and that and you aren't doing any of the things requested and reporting the results back so SOMEONE can move on to the next test. All the mods here are or were techs. Any of them could fix this van no problem if it was in their bay but it's not & this is online where we can't see or touch it. So in effort to get your van fixed....Go ahead and start a brand new thread. List everything that has happened and all the tests you've run with the results. If you can't post numbers or results, then it hasn't been tested.....Looks good or I'm sure it's fine doesn't cut it. If one of the mods picks up on it just do what they request and report the results so they can move on to the next step, no short cuts(trust me, they'll know if you're BSing them and that will be a fast way to end the help). If you don't have the proper tools or know how to do it, then we won't be able to help you from here. Since there has been 2 threads on this already put this in your subject line...... 94 Chevy Van no start......Mods only pls. If someone else jumps in either I or another mod will just remove their post......ignore them... The only exception would be Discretesignals. If he jumps in then follow his directions as well..... I would also suggest going back thru this thread & running all the tests suggested here & posting those result in an effort to speed things up.....
