truck will not stay running

89 chevy s10 4wd 4.3l 30,000 miles has not been driven much in last year until i bought it drove about 150 miles it started to hesitate then it died, it will start but will not stay running without playing with the throttle. then it spits and sputters. have to have throttle at 3/4 open to sustain any rpms. i have replaced the fuel filter and the map sensor. not change were do i go from here.

! - 89 4.3 S-10 w just 30k on it! May need fuel injectors cleaned, plugs could be fouled and probably replaced anyhow by age not just miles. Are regular tune-up items ok? Fuel pressure check is in order also,
