trouble with 97 Sunfire Sign In

I have a 1997 pontiac sunfire driving in town tep. is hot then getting on the freeway the tep drops . I Changed the thermastat. No change.

When driving at a speed of 65mph battery light comes on...lights dim down. When you drop speed to 60mph battery light goes out and lights go back to normal.
I have replaced the alternator and it is still doing this.
Does anyone know what would be creating this problem??
Car does not dog out or die,but the lights dim when going a certain speed and then they are ok when speed is dropped.

Belt tensioner? Maybe the belt is slipping at the higher RPM; only a guess but it would answer both issues.
