1989 chevy cmaro rs. it has a 350 in it not the original motor that goes in it. it has throttle body injection on it. i has power to the one side of each connector for the injector but it does not have the pulsing on the other side of each connector like it should. what do you think the problem could be. it does have gas to the injector but no gas coming out of the injector. help please

Does it have spark?

yes the car has spark the injectors just wont spray. if we spray starting fluid in there it will start

Are you testing for pulse with a noid light? Do you have both injectors disconnected when to test?

yes we have tested with a noid light and we have had both injector connectors unplugged.

Does your check engine light come on for bulb check when the key is turn on?

no the check engine light does not come on.

That means your ECM is not powering up. Check all your fuses first and then test all the power and ground feeds to the computer and if everything is checked out OK, that only leaves a bad ECM.

Now all this only applies if you have the correct engine, matched to the operating system and this combination has actually run in the past.
I probably should have asked that first.

thank you we will check that out and will keep you posted on what is going on thank you for your help. do you think it has anything to do with them wiring the fuel pump up to the fuse box do you think the fuel pump needs to be hooked up to the oil pressure switch. we are just trying to clean up the mess the other people made on the car

That's what I was afraid of. If somebody has hacked up the wiring or tried to adapt a different motor, all bets are off. I have no clue what they have done to it.
