I am putting a timing belt on a 93 soc legacy. I have alinged the cam sprocked timing marks as well as the crank sprocked marks. I have spark. I have fuel. This car wont even sputter. What am i missing. Im sure ive got tdc Somebody has put paint marks about a quarter turn counter clock wise on the crank sproket. Does that mean anything? HELP
