hey out there. I removed the top of the intake from my 4.3 W eng. , and found a leak. the leak was in the fuel injection feed hose. it is about midway between fuel connection and the injector. can i repair this? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!
It is a CMFI ,with one injector and 6 poppet valves . all are connected with some what flexible (plastic) lines.

Aren't they metal lines. Should be just an O'ring if it's not the injector itself.

I've seen a few of those lines go. It's been a while but the last one, the line was available from the dealer.... You can pressurize that system with the plenum off, you just have to hook the fuel lines back up..... Replace the line & pressurize the system to make sure there aren't any other leaks before you put it back together......... A fuel gauge helps to make sure the pressure is holding.........
