start hard and run rough

2002 dodge caravan 3.3L.starts hard then runs rough until it quits.Changed plugs,wire,coil pack,cadilac converter.

Fuel pressure key on engine off and cranking fuel pressure would eliminate fuel pump.Can you help engine start quicker and keep running by taking propane and run vacuum line hooked to small propane tank and run line up to throttle body butterfly?Propane is safer than carb cleaner.If it does than it is a fuel delivery problem.Could be pump regulator or even dirty clogged injectors.A bad coolant temperature sensor could cause hard starting and rough running.How long does it take befor it stalls?Does pumping accelerater pedal help engine start faster or stay running longer?Any stored codes on PCM?
