i have a 1994 Ford escort, diesel turbo.1.8 mileage 85.843.just recently the exhaust has been smoking alot when driving car,also after about 15mins the engine misfires.i have put some diesel magic in and topped up the engine.this seemed to work for a day and then it started again.

Well, since no one else jumped in here.....I know very little about diesels, but excessive smoke and misfiring is indicative of an injector pump issue. Of course, there could be a mechanical problem, like a broken ring. Good luck.
