1997 chevy tahoe 5.7 litre engine 150000 miles
When replacing the flywheel should it require 2 people to turn the crank, 1 at the front of the motor and 1 at the flywheel
I recently replaced the fly wheel , engine is turning over slowly and vehicle won't start. What else should I be looking at.

Two people to turn the crank, one at the flywheel and one at the motor? Is this engine in the vehicle? 
There have been weird threads passing through here lately.

Do you think the rod is bent, or seals are worn, maybe ceased up engine???

What happened to the engine in the first place?

while driving the truck it just stopped. it would then start and go a few miles and do the same thing. checked the battery cables, and jumped the truck and it went a little further. seemed as though the battery was dying and sounded like the starter was turning but not turning over. checked all motor and transmission mounts for damage they were ok . then checked the flywheel at starter it had broken teeth on the flywheel, removed flywheel. dropped transmission and replaced flywheel with new starter. flywheel was worn. when I was putting transmission back in and lining up the torque converter and flywheel i torqued it all down to spec, but this is where it was difficult turning the flywheel and the crank. the engine is still acting the same , not wanting to turn over.

When it was driving and "just stopped" was this due to the engine overheating???

Take the serp belt off & see if it cranks faster....If it does check all the pulleys on the idlers & accessories to make sure one of them isn't binding up

You may not have the torque converter fully engaged into the transmission when you put it all back together. If the converter pump drive isn't fully engaged, you'll bind up the pump when you bolt the bell housing up. Remove the torque converter to flywheel (actually a flex plate) bolts. You should be able to spin the converter by hand. If you can't, you'll have to remove the transmission and engage the converter properly.
The broken teeth and damaged starter is probably from the crank sensor causing an over advance condition. There is a TSB on that.
